Irving, Texas - July 18, 2011: Local business and civic leaders gathered at the Four Seasons Resort and Club for the Economic Development Partnership's Newsmaker Reception where the Chamber and the City recognized and honored new businesses coming to Irving, businesses that have renewed their leases, or current businesses with significant achievements. Elemental Methods was recognized for being the first Irving business to secure a Public Sector contract through its participation in the Strategic Partnership Inc. (SPI) program.
